Welcome to Tordar Kmar Ketweb. We sell baby feeding supplies – spoons, bowls, sippy cups, silicone plates, you name it. These terms apply to anyone who visits our Shopify store or buys from us.

1. General Stuff
Our store is operated from 649 Central St, Tutwiler, MS 38963, USA. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t like something, just don’t buy.

2. Products & Accuracy
We try hard to show colors and sizes correctly, but screens lie sometimes. We don’t guarantee your monitor shows the exact pink of that bunny spoon. Prices change without notice – but once you pay, the price is locked for that order.

3. Orders & Cancellation

  • We can refuse or cancel any order (even after you get a confirmation) for reasons like: weird payment info, sold out, or we just get a bad vibe.

  • If you cancel before we ship, we refund you fully – just email brysonbillie6@gmail.com fast.

4. Shipping
We ship from Tutwiler, MS via USPS or UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times are guesses, not promises.

  • Lost in transit? Contact us within 10 days of expected delivery.

  • Wrong address? Your fault – we’ll reship but you pay extra shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds
Baby products have strict hygiene rules.

  • Unopened, unused items → return within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.

  • Used, washed, or opened silicone/plastic items → cannot return (safety first).

  • Defective item → send photo within 7 days; we replace or refund.

Refunds go back to original payment method within 5 business days after we receive & inspect the return.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions (check ingredients in feeding items – yes, some silicone has additives).

  • Baby using product wrong (don’t leave them alone with any feeding item).

  • Shipping delays once carrier has the package.

Maximum refund? The price you paid for that product. No extra damages.

8. Changes to Terms
We update this page sometimes without telling you personally. Check it before each order. The date at top tells you if it’s new.

9. Governing Law
Mississippi state law applies. If we end up in a dispute, small claims in Tallahatchie County is where we’ll solve it.

10. Weird But True
If any part of this is illegal, the rest still counts. “Tordar Kmar Ketweb” is just a store name – not a registered corporation. We’re small, honest, and trying our best for your baby’s mealtime.
