Refund Policy – Tordar Kmar Ketweb

Thanks for shopping at Tordar Kmar Ketweb – your little one’s mealtime happy place. We sell baby feeding products (bibs, spoons, plates, suction bowls, silicone mats, etc.). Because babies are unpredictable, so is life. Here’s our relaxed but clear refund policy.

1. You have 30 days to change your mind

From the day you receive your order, you’ve got 30 calendar days to request a return.
After 14 days? Sorry, we can’t take it back unless it’s our fault (see section 3).

2. What can be returned

Unused, unwashed, un-chewed items
Original packaging still intact (don’t worry if the box got a little squished — we’re not monsters)
No weird smells, stains, or baby drool evidence

Non-returnable stuff (for hygiene and safety):

Teethers, pacifier clips, open-pack silicone straws
Anything that touched food or baby mouth (we think you understand)
Clearance or final sale items — those are yours to keep

3. Damaged / wrong item? We fix it fast

If your plate came cracked, spoon melted weird, or we sent the wrong color giraffe bowl:
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A quick photo of the issue
Your baby’s name (okay, optional but cute)

We’ll send a free replacement or give a full refund — you pick. No need to ship the damaged one back (just recycle it).

4. How to start a return

Send an email to brysonbillie6@gmail.com with:
Subject: Return request – [your order number]
Include:

What item(s)
Why returning (too small? didn’t stick? baby hated the color?)
Your preference: refund or exchange

We’ll reply within 2 business days with a return address (it’s not the Tutwiler warehouse for returns — we’ll give you a separate one).

5. Return shipping cost

If you just changed your mind → you pay return shipping.
If we made a mistake or item is defective → we email you a free return label.

We recommend tracking — lost returns without proof aren’t on us.

6. Refund timing

Once we receive the return:

We check it within 5 business days
Refund goes to your original payment method (credit card, Shop Pay, PayPal)
Your bank may take another 3–7 days to show it — don’t panic, that’s normal

We’ll email you the moment we process the refund.

7. Exchanges

Need a different color spoon or bigger suction plate?
Just return the original (per above) and place a new order. We don’t do direct exchanges — it’s faster this way for both of us.
