Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses). No international shipping yet—sorry, we’re a small team focused on getting your baby’s spoons and plates to US doorsteps fast.
Processing time
We’re not Amazon robots, but we’re quick. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). If you order on a Friday night, your little one’s new bowl will likely ship out Monday.
Shipping methods & transit times

Standard shipping (USPS / UPS Ground) – 3–6 business days after processing. Best for stock-up orders.

Expedited shipping (UPS 2-Day) – 2 business days. Choose this if your toddler just threw their last plate on the floor.

Overnight shipping – 1 business day (order before 12 PM CST, Mon–Thu). Contact us first to confirm—baby dishes are oddly shaped sometimes.

Orders under $35 – Standard shipping costs a flat $4.99

Orders $35 and over – Free standard shipping (yes, really)

Expedited and overnight rates calculated at checkout—no hidden fees.
Where we ship from
All orders leave from our little warehouse at 649 Central St, Tutwiler, MS 38963. That’s the Mississippi Delta, not a drop-ship mystery location.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number via email (check spam—we’re not annoying but sometimes email is). Tracking usually updates within 24 hours after we hand the package to the carrier.
Delays
Snow, hurricanes, or “the truck broke” can happen. We’ll do our best to warn you. We don’t refund for carrier delays, but we will help track down your package like it’s our own baby’s favorite sippy cup.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have it:

Check with neighbors or your mailroom

After that, email us at brysonbillie6@gmail.com within 5 days. We’ll help file a claim. We don’t automatically refund stolen packages, but we’ll work with you like humans.
Wrong address?
You fix typos before hitting order. If a package comes back to us because of a bad address, we’ll email you to ask for the correct one—but you’ll pay shipping again to resend.
Baby-safe promise
We package everything in clean, food-contact-safe materials. No extra cardboard mountains. But that doesn’t change shipping times—just a nice thing we wanted to say.
