1. Do you only sell baby spoons and plates, or other feeding stuff too?
Mostly feeding sets – silicone plates, soft spoons, suction bowls, sippy cups, and bibs with pockets. We also toss in the occasional teether that looks like a tiny fork (just for fun).


2. How long until my order gets shipped?
We usually pack and ship within 2–4 business days (unless a curious toddler in our warehouse "rearranges" inventory – then maybe 5 days). You’ll get a tracking number by email.


3. Where do you ship from, and do you ship outside the US?
All orders leave from Tutwiler, Mississippi (yes, that tiny town). Right now we only ship within the US. No international – sorry, we’re scared of customs forms.


4. What if my baby’s spoon arrives looking like it survived a tornado?
That shouldn’t happen, but if it does – broken, scratched, or melted-looking – just email a photo to brysonbillie6@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement or refund. No need to ship the broken one back (unless you want a souvenir).


5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Maybe. If you message us within 6 hours of ordering, we can try. After that, our shipping guy (who moves fast) might have already wrapped it. Just email fast with your order number.


6. Are your products actually safe for babies?
Yep – all food-grade silicone, BPA-free, no weird chemicals. We’re not a big lab, but we test random batches ourselves. If a spoon bends weirdly, we pull that batch.


7. What’s your return policy for “my baby just doesn’t like this color”?
Returns for preference? Sure – within 30 days, unused and clean. You pay return shipping. We don’t do refunds on used items (because, well… baby slobber).


8. Do you have a loyalty program or discounts for repeat buyers?
Not officially, but if you order twice, we sometimes throw in a free sample (like a tiny fork or a weird-colored bib). Just mention “second order” in the notes at checkout.


9. The tracking number says “label created” for a week. Is that normal?
Sometimes USPS in Tutwiler gets slow. Wait 3 more days, then email us. We’ll poke them or resend if lost.


10. Can I pick up my order in person in Tutwiler?
We don’t have a real storefront – just a warehouse. But if you really want, email us and we might leave it on a porch chair for you. Cash only for pickup.


11. My question isn’t here. What now?
Just email brysonbillie6@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours, even if the answer is “let me check that weird thing you asked.”
